Our Clean Bed Commitment

At SNOWBALL PROPERTIES, your comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities. That’s why we proudly uphold our Clean Bed Commitment—every guest stay includes freshly laundered comforters/duvets, sheets, pillowcases, shams, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. All linens are cleaned between each reservation to ensure a fresh, hotel-quality experience every time you check in.

At SNOWBALL PROPERTIES, we bring a decade of experience in vacation rental management to the Laurel Highlands. As an expansion of BEACHBALL PROPERTIES, the premier Gulf Coast vacation rental management company, we are excited to apply our industry expertise, operational excellence, and guest-focused approach to this new adventure.

Founded by Hunter and Ginger Harrelson, BEACHBALL PROPERTIES began with 14 properties, and has grown to over 350 in 8 years. This success is driven by exceptional guest experiences, a comprehensive marketing and media program, community outreach, and word-of-mouth referrals.
